    More Than Enough
And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whose mind the LORD had put skill, everyone whose heart stirred him up to come to do the work.  And they received from Moses all the contribution that the people of Israel had brought for doing the work on the sanctuary. They still kept bringing him freewill offerings every morning, so that all the craftsmen who were doing every sort of task on the sanctuary came, each from the task that he was doing, and said to Moses, "The people

    Why Obey God?
And God spoke all these words, saying, "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.  You shall have no other gods before me." Exodus 20:1-3 Why obey God? There are lots of ways to answer that question. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
  4. Do Not Bear False Witness

    Do Not Bear False Witness
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.  Exodus 20:16 I've found myself feeling a little distressed lately. A major part of why I have felt distressed is due to the profusion of false information that is being touted as truth on the internet.  Political articles and posts seem to be the worst in this regard.   It appears that sometimes well-meaning people will readily believe and pass on falsehood if they want to believe something is true. This bothers me because God calls us
